Lovely clean room, well maintained and attended, staff friendly and helpfull, have stayed a few times before and will be staying again all being well. Ideally situated for our purposes, also stay at Regency every year so know the M O.

What did you like about your stay in the property or location?
Friendly helpful staff, room was an excellent size kept clean with also a very good modern bathroom. The Penta was on the front promenade for access to the local transport.
What did you not like about your stay in the property or location?
I have stayed in a number of hotels which provide continental breakfast they normally provide fresh fruit and pastries added to their standard breakfast. The PENTA breakfast was just cereal, toast, juice and tea and coffee !

Breakfast is self service, quick and easy. Lovely sea view, large spacious room with a bath and shower. New lift is great. Regular staff.

Friendly staff, nice breakfast overlooking a beautiful view. Everything was just perfect.

We love The Penta. Is has everything we need for our short visits to Douglas. We appreciate the small renovations that have been made over the winter.

Room was really spacious as was the bathroom. Staff were helpful and polite.

It was a quiet hotel, nice helpful staff with a perfect location for me on the seafront, rooms were large and clean with a good sized en-suite

Breakfast never changes, basic but nice enough. One can go to the sister hotel (The Regency) just down the road for a full cooked lovely breakfast waiter served.

Super position on Douglas sea front. Very clean and reasonably priced room. Nice sea view out of the dining room while having breakfast, Friendly and helpful staff member in the morning.
What did you not like about your stay in the property or location?
The only thing to say is that the room or bathroom needs a towel rail, as they don't dry fully on the hook at the back of the door, especially when it's 2 bath and 2 hand towels.

The room was clean & location was brilliant.

The hotel is looking a little tired, but, at this price point, it's something & nothing.
