Cancellation Policy

Standard Room Reservations:
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the arrival date, or no-shows, will incur a charge of 100% of the total booking value.
All cancellations must be made via the guest portal provided. -
Advance Purchase Reservations:
For Advance Purchase bookings, the full amount is charged at the time of booking and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
Check-in Policy

Check-in hours: 14:00 – 23:00, Tuesday to Saturday.
Check-in takes place in O’Neill’s Bar, which acts as the property’s front desk. -
For arrivals outside these hours, or on Sundays and Mondays, guests must contact the property in advance to arrange check-in instructions.
