For standard room reservation - cancellations within 48 hours of the arrival date or 'no shows' will incur a charge of 100% of the value of the booking. All cancelations must be done on the guest portal provided.
PLEASE NOTE: For Advance Purchase Reservations the full amount is taken at the time of booking and is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
Check-in is from 2 pm until 11 pm Tuesday to Saturday in O'Neill's bar. To arrange for check-in outside these hours and on Sunday and Monday please contact the property for instructions.
